MCT-8132E Series is a PCI Express EtherCAT master control card designed for high-speed, real-time automation applications. Utilizing the high-performance EtherCAT network architecture, it enables precise real-time control and status monitoring of slave devices, making it ideal for semiconductor, electronics, and other high-speed automation systems.
The MCT-8132E Series supports up to 32 synchronized axes, featuring isolated emergency stop input (EMG) and configurable isolated high-speed digital I/O channels. It also provides encoder feedback inputs with position compare trigger and position latch functions. A comprehensive motion-control software library, example source codes, diagnostic tools, and EtherCAT system configuration utilities are provided to simplify programming, reduce development time, and assist users in rapid system setup and testing.
