The ADI Series features the advantages of an inline depaneling machine: clean, precise, fast, and easy operation, while effectively addressing the challenges of cutting PCBs with tall components. In traditional cutting processes, routing tools may interfere with components mounted above the board. The ADI 8000 adopts an innovative bottom-up cutting technology, allowing the routing tool to cut from beneath the PCB, eliminating the risk of damaging delicate components.

- Bottom Cutting: The bottom cutting design prevents the router bit from contacting tall top-side components, reducing the risk of component damage.
- Following Type Dust Collector: The following type dust collector operates synchronously with cutting to instantly extract dust and prevent accumulation.
- Automatic Bit Change System: Integrated with a robotic arm, enabling bit changes without manual contact with the high-speed spindle, effectively reducing downtime.
