Stakeholder Communication

Materiality Assessment Process and Engagement Performance
Guided by the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard (SES) 2015, Aurotek identifies groups or organizations that influence or are influenced by our operations based on five core principles: Dependency, Responsibility, Tension, Influence, and Diverse Perspectives. We conducted an internal identification survey among our management team, collecting 21 valid responses. Based on this rigorous assessment, we have identified five core stakeholder groups: Customers/Distributors/Agents, Employees, Suppliers, Directors/Investors, and Financial Institutions.
To effectively address and respond to the interests of our core stakeholders, we provide diverse communication channels to facilitate continuous engagement, allowing stakeholders to express their views at any time. This ensures a comprehensive understanding of and timely response to the sustainability issues of concern to different groups. A summary of the 2024 stakeholder communication mechanisms and material issues is provided below. These engagement outcomes were formally reported to the Board of Directors on November 6, 2025.
